STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing your order with Nibble Nest, you agree to the following terms:
Event Date
The date selected during checkout will be used to schedule your service. It is your responsibility to ensure the date is correct. Any changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Delivery and Service
Our team will arrive at the agreed location 30 to 60 minutes prior to the event to set up. The client must provide proper access to the designated setup area. For outdoor events, appropriate weather protection must be ensured.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
— Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full credit for future use.
— Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
— Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Food Allergies and Preferences
Clients are responsible for notifying us of any food allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. In the event of late payment, Nibble Nest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. A fixed late fee of 10% may apply after 7 days past due.
Image Use
By accepting these terms, you grant Nibble Nest permission to use photos of your setup for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Service Area
We currently serve the Orlando area and surrounding regions. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this range.
Liability
Nibble Nest is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or venue access issues. Under no circumstances shall Nibble Nest be held liable for damages exceeding the total cost of the service provided.
Claims and Complaints
Any claim related to the service must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event date.
Jurisdiction
All contractual agreements will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
